Only student-athletes in their junior (after the preceding June 15) or senior year, released college transfers, or junior college transfers who have completed their requirements may participate in a tryout for an NCAA institution. Tryouts must happen before or at the conclusion of the season of the sport for which you are trying out. For example, you may only try out for a college basketball team before your basketball season begins or after it ends. You are only allowed one tryout per college per sport.
