HISTORY
The weight room, also known as the "Iron Chapel," located on the second floor of the event center is home to all sport programs who work with our Strength and Conditioning Coach, Taylor Lange, multiple times throughout the week. He has dedicated his time and energy into making the athletic weight room a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for athletes to enhance their athletic capabilities. Lange began his work for Colorado Christian in 2018 and in that time has been able to increase the athlete's performance levels and create a weight room for the athletes to get what they need.

The weight room has been revamped which includes brand new flooring and freshly laid Astroturf, new weight lifting equipment provided by REP Fitness (power racks, weight plates, pristine dumbbells, vibrant kettle bells), new branding including a clothing line, tablets at each power rack, and bright lighting fixtures.
