DENVER, CO- The Cougars headed to nearby cross-town rival Regis on Friday evening for an RMAC matchup. A hot-shooting Rangers team took an early lead and claimed the victory by a final score of 92-66. 

Agnes Paul led the effort on offense with a strong showing of 15 points, while transfer Maggie Phipps poured in 13. Dasiya Jones pulled down five rebounds, while Phipps and Maggie Hutka had four boards apiece. A balanced foursome of Phipps, Jones, Nicole Bowlin and Regan LoConte had three assists respectively. 

CCU put up 11 second chance points and saw their bench score 27 points. The Cougars shot 39.3% but the hosts put up a sizzling 61.7 field goal percentage to pull away in the end.
