2023 | Olsen started 56 games at first base for the Cougars, posting 37 RBI on 54 hits. With a slugging percentage of .464 and an OPS .812, Olsen was a consistent force for her team.
2022 | Olsen began her first season with the Cougars starting in 56 out of the 57 games played this year. She had a batting average of .380 which was 4^th on a team of heavy hitters. Olsen had 65 hits with 18 doubles and 14 home runs. She had the second highest number of home runs on her team with only 12 strikeouts the entire season. She helped her team to an RMAC Tournament victory.

2020 | At GCU, Olsen made 10 starts and 16 appearances for the Lopes. She collected 22 putouts and 18 assists in the field. Olsen had a pinch hit single and RBI against Drake on Feb. 23.
2019 | Olsen played at GCU and started in 44 games with 49 appearances for the Lopes. Olsen led the team with 277 putouts. Olsen tied for fourth in single-season GCU history with five sacrifice flies. She ranked fourth on the team in doubles (9) and fifth in batting average (.271), at bats (118) and hits (32).
