Ryan Lauria began as the Graduate Assistant for Baseball at CCU in January 2025. Lauria will have an emphasis on working with the pitchers as he played division 1 baseball at Lousiville and Virginia Tech and was a strong presence as a reliever on the mound.Â
Hailing from Roanoke, Virginia, Lauria attended Hidden Valley High School and was a star athlete there before being recruited and going to Louisville. He then transferred back to his home state of Virginia to play for the Hokies. Ryan lives by the biblical mantra, "We love because He first loved us." With a bachelor's degree in Finance, Lauria is now working towards his Masters in School Counseling at Colorado Christian.Â
Ryan is passionate about helping student-athletes develop and reach their full potential on the diamond and in life. Lauria is honored to be a part of this program and will add invaluable insight to the coaching staff as he enters his first season with the team.Â
