The native of Anchor Point, AK will serve as a volunteer assistant for the 2020 campaign. 

After playing two years at GateWay Community College, Haning transferred to Colorado Christian to play his final two seasons of collegiate eligibility. 

During the 2019 season he threw 30.1 innings where he struck out 40. The 2018 campaign, his first at Colorado Christain, he posted 19 strikeouts in 28 innings on the mound.
