  • INSPIRATIONAL QUOTE & WHY | Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.” Medina says, “this has always been a quote I turn to as anything I do on or off the field, I know that the Lord has a plan for me.”
  • FAVORITE CCU MOMENT & WHY | One of Medina’s favorite moments from his time at CCU is making playoffs for the first time in CCU history in the 2021 season. Another favorite moment is taking 3 out of 4 games from Colorado Mesa (ranked #7 nationally) in the 2022 season. 
  • OUTSIDE OF SPORTS | Medina likes to ski, lift, hike 14ers, and spend time with his family and friends.
  • WHY CCU? | Medina chose CCU for the great coaches, players, and atmosphere the baseball program provides, as well as the strong Christian foundation the school provides in all of its school courses. 
  • FAMILY TIES | Medina is the son of Mel and Diane Medina. His brother, Zack, also plays baseball at CCU. 
  • POST COLLEGE DREAMS | Medina hopes to pursue professional baseball, but if that doesn’t work out, he wants to pursue a career as a medical/STEM special agent in the government or attend medical school to be an orthopedic doctor.
