Why is playing your sport at CCU important to you? How is it different from your other competitive experiences?
I love playing basketball at CCU because it has a purpose; more than just winning. Our goal every time we step onto the floor is to change someone’s life for Christ. What a challenge! And, what a blessing! I wouldn't be anywhere else.
In what ways have you changed as a result of your time as a CCU Athlete?
Not only have I improved my game, my faith has been tested and refined in my time at CCU. I have seen myself change and grow in my walk with God, and it is always an amazing experience.
Who has been most influential in your spiritual, academic, or athletic development as a CCU student-athlete?
The most influential people in my life at CCU have been my Coaches, Coach Hays, Coach Jess, Coach Crista, and Coach Skildum, and Professor's Ron Rex and Gary Ewen. They have pushed me and challenged me to grow.
