2025 | Lambers competed in four meets his sophmore season. He started off strong, placing 13th at the 18th Annual UCCS Rust Buster with an 8K time of 25:37. He then improved at the Lewis Crossover with a personal best 8K of 24:32 for a 23rd place finish. Lambers ran his fastest 10k at the South Central Regional, finishing 19th with a 10K time of 31:01. Lambers followed up at Nationals with a 10k time of 32:13 for a 7th place team finish, the second highest finish in program history.
