The best coach you’ve ever had…
I have been blessed by many incredible coaches over the years. From my first coach, my dad, to my current coach, Daven Bond, I have been given many opportunities to learn and grow as a player under the instruction of coaches who cared about me. Picking just one coach is challenging, but I can say that I have been blessed by all of the coaches who have given of their time, knowledge, and effort to help me fall in love with the game and be the player and person I am today.

Favorite moment in sport …
Winning both games against St. Edwards with Cat Osterman coaching first base against us was awesome! Getting those wins for Brittany was so cool and having the opportunity to play against a team coached by one of the most well respected softball players was an incredible experience.

Best thing about your sport…
The best thing about softball is the team aspect of the game. It is a game of failure. In no other sport can you be considered incredible when you are successful 50% of the time. For that reason no one player can win or lose a game. We have to rely on each other for success and in no way can we accomplish anything on our own. Softball at CCU is more than a sport, it is a family of girls that support each other on and off of the field.

How would you like to be remembered when your college athletic career is over?
I would like to be remembered as an athlete who worked hard both on and off of the field, placed my teammates above myself, and honored the Lord above all else.

Who has been most influential in your spiritual, academic, or athletic development as a student-athlete?
I have been so blessed by the CCU community and although I have had many professors, coaches, and mentors pour into me this last year, I have been most influenced by the girls from my freshman stairwell, the Summit. These girls challenge me every day in my faith walk to keep my eyes focused on the Lord and pursue Him with all of my heart. The relationships I built within my stairwell have made me a better daughter, sister, teammate, and friend.
