Why is playing your sport at CCU important to you? How is it different from your other competitive experiences?
Playing tennis at CCU is important to me because it allows me to get a great Christian education alongside some great athletes who choose to make Christ their first priority. It is refreshing to see how Playing to represent Christ can really make a change in the hearts and attitudes of those I play with and, overall, allow for Christ to be seen in everything we do.
What kind of legacy are you hoping to leave at CCU after your career is over?
I want the those I play to remember me, not for the wins or losses or good shots and bad shots; I want them to remember that I was Humble in victory, joyful in defeat, pure in speech, and a servant in everything I did.
Who has been most influential in your spiritual, academic, or athletic development as a CCU student-athlete?
Watching the way my parents go about life has been the greatest influence on my spiritual, academic, and athletic development throughout my college experience.
