- 2022-23 | (Indoor) Competed in the 600 yards at the 8th Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic … Placed 3rd in the 400m at Mountain Lion Classic … Competed in the 400m at Colorado Running Company UCCS Invite and the Air Force Collegiate Open. (Outdoor) set a personal best in the 800m at the CSU Pueblo Open... competed at the RMAC Championships in the 800.

- OUTSIDE OF SPORTS | Outside of sports, Ring enjoys skateboarding and thrifting. Ring is always listening to music and is also always outdoors.
- WHY DID YOU CHOOSE CCU | “When I did my visit to the school, I felt very sure that God wanted me to come here. The coaches did a great job to of being welcoming to the new area. My dad told me to look at this school, and once I did, I quickly became sure that this is where I wanted to be.”
- FAMILY TIES | Ring is the son of Shawn and Brenda Ring. He has two sisters, Amber and Sierrah and a brother named Jackson.
- POST COLLEGE DREAMS | “Later down the road I would like to start a business that will help people globally. I’m a very technology-based person, so before I do this, I want to do something with technology that will help me grow. Ultimately, I want whatever God has in store for my life.”
