- 2024-25 | Ran in 3 indoor meets, setting a PR in the mile with a 4:27.88 and a PB in the 10k with a 33:27.00. Competed in 3 outdoor meets with a pair of 5k appearances and one in the 1500m.
- 2023-24 | Ran in five indoor meets, setting a personal best in the 3k at the Washburn Open with a time of 9:00.34. In his outdoor season he ran in four meets, setting a personal best in the 5k Loper Invitational with a time of 15:26.67 and ran 4:14.84 in the 1500m at the CSU Pueblo Spank Blasing.
- 2022-23 | (Indoor) Set personal bests in the mile and 3k at the 8th Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic. (Outdoor) He set personal bests in the 800m, 1500m, and 5000m during the outdoor season.
- 2021-22 | (Indoor) Ran the mile and the 3000m at the 8th Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic and the Mountain Lion Open … Ran the mile at the Mountain Lion Open … Competed in the 800m at Colorado Running Company UCCS Invite.

- FAVORITE CCU MOMENT & WHY | “Watching cross-country nationals in-person in Seattle as the team got third place in 2022. It was amazing to see the fruits of the labor and work that the team had put in all summer and fall.”
- OUTSIDE OF SPORTS | “I enjoy going on road trips and exploring new places. Since I came to college earlier this year, I have put over 12,000 miles on my car, a lot of that coming from driving to support teammates or exploring other parts of Colorado.”
- WHY DID YOU CHOOSE CCU | “I chose CCU because of its focus on Christ. I was impressed with the dedication to building a Christ-centered community through academics, athletics, and social events. When I visited CCU, it felt like a perfect fit for me, and I have not had any regrets.”
