2020-2021
(Indoor): Skinner opened the season with a solid performance at the Crimson and Gold Invitational running a time of 1:54.60 in the 800 and placing 2nd overall.
2019-2020
(Indoor): At the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational, Skinner opened up with a PR time in the 3k of 8:32.14 placing 2nd… Later on, he posted times of 4:22.72 and 4:26.62 in the mile.
2018-2019
(Indoor): Skinner ran a time of 4:23.30 in the mile at the 2019 Colorado Invitational… At his next meet, he ran his (PR) of 4:21.72 in the mile placing 3rd overall.
(Outdoor): At Fum McGraw, Skinner opened up with a time of 4:00.87 in the 1500 placing 3rd. Two meets later, he ran a time of 1:58.71 in the 800. He also posted a solid 1500 time of 3:51.75 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
Cross Country
2019: Opened the 2019 season with the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational running a time of 25:32 (PR)… Competed at both the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championships and the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships running 32:21.0 and 31:47.7 (PR) respectively.
2018: In his first race of the season was the squad best finisher at the Fort Hays State Tiger 8K (25.43.2) … Was the third Colorado Christian finisher at the 8K RMAC Championships (26:45.9) … Notched a time of 33:01 at the 10K NCAA South Central Regional Championships
KANSAS STATE: Ran both Cross Country and Track for the Wildcats in 2016-17 and 2017-18
HIGH SCHOOL: Part of the 2014 and 2015 State Championship track teams…Runner-up in the 1600 meter in 2015 and 2016…Runner-up in the 2016 4x400 meter relays and the 2014 4x800 meter relay. Holds the school records in the 800 meter run, 1600 meter run, 3200 meter run, 5000 meter run.
PERSONAL: Son of Jerry Paul Skinner and Elizabeth Patnode…Has four brothers, J.P., Nathan, Andrew and Christian
