2024-2025 | Tate competed in 3 indoor meets, running the mile twice and the 3k and 800m once. Ran in four outdoor meets, all in the 1500.
2023-24 | Ran the mile in five indoor meets, set a PR in the mile at the Washburn Open with a time of 4:24.71. Tate ran in four meets during the outdoor season. He set two personal bests at two different meets...Running 3:58.55 in the 1500m at the CSU Pueblo Spank Blasing and 1:58.19 in the 800m at the Maverick Invite & Multi.
2022-23 | (Indoor) Ran the 3000m at the 8th Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic (8:58.54) … Ran the mile at the Mountain Lion Open (4:44.03)...Ran in the Colorado Running Company UCCS Invite (2:07.81). (Outdoor) He set personal bests in the 1500m and 5000m.
2021-22 | (Indoor) Ran the mile at the Mountaineer Open and Multi (4:54.46).
