- 2023 | (Outdoor) He ran a personal best in the 10k at the CSU Pueblo Early Bird Invite... competed at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 1500m and took 14th place in the nation.

- 2021 | (Outdoor) Ran 5000m at the RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Maverick Multi & Open, and CSU Pueblo Spank Blasing Open … Ran the 1500m placing 11th at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships (3:56.89) … Placed 2nd at Mines FRIDAY Last Chance (3:51.71) … Placed second at Mines Pre-Conference Invite (3:52.50) … Took 5th at Maverick Multi & Open (3:51.07).
- 2021 | (Indoor) Trent opened the 2021 Indoor season with a time of 8:30.35 (PR) in the 3k placing 5th at the Crimson and Gold Invitational ... Ran in the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (4:17.49).
- 2020 | (Indoor) At the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational, Trent posted a time of 8:47.93 in the 3k and placed 8th… He also ran his PR of 4:30.27 in the mile placing 3rd at the Air Force Collegiate Open.

- FAMILY TIES | Cochran’s dad, Walt Cochran, ran collegiately at Mid-America Nazarene University. His uncle, Jeff Cochran, ran at Kansas State University.
