- 2023 | Ellis competed at the Roadrunners Invitational, the Emporia State Invitational with a time of 20:16.1 in the 5k. She ran a personal best in the 6k with a time of 24:35.3 for 77th place finish.
- 2022 | Ellis competed in the UCCS Open posting a time of 26:50.1 in the 6k. During RMAC Championships, she ran a time of 25:19.40 in the 6k.
- 2021 | Ellis competed in the Fort Hays State Tiger Open coming in with a time of 19:53 in 5k. She also competed in the RMAC Championships posting a time of 25:59 in the 6k.
