- 2025 | Flowers competed in four meets her junior season. Her best races came from the 18th Annual UCCS Rust-Buster and Monument Valley Park Open Race, running a 20:07 5k and 24:49 6k, both races personal bests.
- 2024 | Flowers competed in three meets this season, running two personal bests in the 4k and 6k and the gage McSpadden XC Invite and the Roadrunners Invitational.
- 2023 | Flowers competed in the Emporia State Invitational with a time of 23:08.8 in the 5k.
