Favorite Sports Memory
I can't think of a specific moment, but several of the memories I will forever remember and cherish are those early Sunday morning long-runs, meeting at the crack of dawn (normally in time to see a beautiful co sunrise) with all of my friends. We are always so tired but we get up for each other, run for each other, but most importantly we get to worship the Lord and run for Him as one team.
High School
Ran Cross Country all four years and had the blessing of leading as a Team Captain my senior year, ran Track and Field my last three years, and swam on the Varsity swim team all four years of High School. I also got to be a part of NHS, and Spanish Honors Society.
Service to the Community
Camp Counselor at Camp Barnabas (July 2012), Mission work in the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico (April 2015), Serving with the Harambee Foundation in Kenya (June 2016...and hopefully again soon in December 2017!)
