- 2024-2025 | Flowers began her indoor season with the Mines Alumni Classic where competed in the mile achieving a personal best with a time of 6:56.78. She went on to PR in the 800m at the Ichabod Invitational with a time of 2:41.55. During outdoor, Flowers ran a personal best in the 1500m at the Maverick Invitational running a time of 5:31.05 and competed in two more meets following.
- 2023-2024 | Flowers competed in the mile at the Mines Alumni Classic with a 14th place finish. During outdoor, she took 13th place in the 1500m at the Maverick Invitational followed by 12th place at the Loper Invitational in the 5000m.
