A quote that I adore is, "God spoke today in flowers, and I, who was waiting on words, almost missed the conversation." This quote reminds me of the sweetness of the Lord, that amidst the noise of life, He speaks so beautifully and simply to us, and what a gift it is to slow down and smell the flowers the Lord has grown in the most peculiar of places!
- FAVORITE MOMENT & WHY |
Being at CCU has been my greatest gift, and it is so full of the Lord's kindness and love! I could never pick a favorite memory, but there has always been something so sweet about sitting at the big table in the back of the caf with the team. We share meals, laughs, comical debates, and hard days and just get to have a little family here on campus; there is always a seat for you, even if three tables have been added on to make room!
- FAMILY TIES |
None of my family members have played sports beyond high school! Both my parents and brother were very athletically gifted but never anything the Lord called them to pursue. My mom was an amazing gymnast and runner, and my dad could absolutely rip on a surfboard. My brother and I played sports our whole lives and had a deep love for soccer and running; it is a joy to get to push myself athletically for them!

After college, I hope to fill an elementary classroom with the love of the Lord and serve Him as I get the gift to educate and grow young hearts to love learning and reading! I also hope I eat a lot of oranges and read lots of books!
