Year-by-year 

• 2023-2024 | During the indoor season, Burroughs competed at the Washburn Open running in the mile and the DMR which the team took 5th place in. She competed in the DMR again at RMAC Championships with an 8th place finish. During outdoor, Burroughs took first place in the 800m at the Loper Invitational and fourth place at the CSU Pueblo Last Chance Meet running a 2:15.58. 
• 2022-2023 | During the indoor season, Burroughs competed in the 400m taking 7th with a time of 1:00.75 in the UCCS Invite. During the outdoor season, she competed in the 800m at the CSU Pueblo Invite with a 2:19.09. She competed at the Mines mini meet in the 800m taking first with a time of 2:13.84. 
• 2021-2022 | Burroughs competed in the mile at the Potts Invitational with a time of 5:13.63. She also qualified for the Indoor National Championships in the 800m with an 8th place finish taking the title of All American again. During the outdoor season, she ran in the 800m posting an NCAA provisional time of 2:11.61. 
• 2020-2021 | Burroughs took fourth in the Crimson and Gold Invitational in the mile, her first collegiate indoor meet. Qualified in indoor for the NCAA Championships in the 800m and finished 12th to garner second team All American honors. During outdoors, Michelle posted an NCAA official time in the 800m with a 2:12.44 breaking the school record at the Maverick open. She also qualified in the 800m in the NCAA Championship and finished fourth place with a 2:07.32 to gain All American honors.
