- 2023-24 | Jefferson competed in the 400m at the Colorado Running Company Pre-Holiday Invite with a time of 1:09.24. During outdoor, she competed in two meets including the CSU Pueblo Spank Blasing and the Maverick where she ran in the 400m finishing 17th and 10th respectively.Â

My mom, Charmain Jefferson, always watched me and was proud of me. She ran cross country in high school. Also shout out to my high school Coach Fierro, for really pushing me to do the best I could in my races and had endless faith in me. He made me want to be a coach."
