2023-24 | During the indoor season, Demco competed at the Potts Invitational where she took 16th in the mile and ran a new pr. She also ran in the Air Force Last Chance meet and took 2nd in the 800m followed by a 9th place finish at RMAC Championships with a time of 2:16.45. Did not compete outdoor.
2022-23 | During the outdoor season, Demco competed at the Early Bird Invite winning the 1500m with an NCAA Qualifying time of 4:34.59. She also competed at the CSU-Pueblo last chance meet in the 800m posting a time of 2:14.94. She then was named Second Team All American in the 1500m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:35.51 taking 14th place.
