The Cougars played in their third exhibition game of the 2016 season on Monday, Dec. 5
th vs the University of Wyoming. CCU struggled with poor shooting and lost to the Cowboys 67-60. Â

Junior guard,
Ty McGee was the Cougars top scorer and rebounder on the night with 22 points and 11 rebounds. McGee shot 40%, 50% from three, and 67% from the line. McGee stands fifth in scoring in the RMAC with 149 points this season.

Coaches Corner:
"We did some good things tonight we have been working on and competed well for the whole 40 minutes. We usually are a very consistent shooting team, but unfortunately the ball didn't go in the hoop against Wyoming. I thought we had good shots, but Wyoming did a good job taking us out of any kind of rhythm. We have a big weekend ahead starting with SDSMT."

Colorado Christian basketball is on the road this weekend traveling to South Dakota. CCU will see S.D. School of Mines on Friday night at 7:00 PM and then Black Hills State on Saturday night at 7:00 PM.
