CCU Tennis is a month away from starting their season, opening with Colorado College on Feb. 23
rd. The Cougars have a heavy spring schedule lined-up with 16 total matches, including six conference matches. Participating in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) is CCU, CSU-Pueblo, Metro State, and Colorado Mesa.
In the RMAC Tennis preseason release CCU Women's Tennis had the second most votes in the Preseason Coaches' Poll. In addition, CCU senior
Paige Crews was named one of the best players in the conference. In her career at CCU, Crews has been named Preseason Player of the Year, RMAC All-Academic team, First Team All-RMAC and RMAC Player of the Year. Joining Crews as a leader on the CCU Women's Tennis team is senior
Ryanne Ritchey.
