RENO – Colorado Christian began their exhibition season on Wednesday evening with an 86-55 setback at Nevada.
The Wolfpack, an NCAA Tournament qualifier in each of the last three seasons, never trailed as they shot 43.8 percent from the field.
Collin Huun had a team high 16 points as he went 6-for-11 from the floor. Both Huun and Justin Engesser each made three shots from behind the arc. Engesser scored 11 points. Spencer Hoffman also tallied 11 in the setback.
The Cougars travel to Air Force on Friday evening for their second exhibition contest.
