Cougars Hot Streak Sizzles Out Against Black Hills State

LAKEWOOD, CO – The first home game of the year for Colorado Christian was a battle against Black Hills State.

The Cougars cut the lead to three midway into the second quarter and scored 21 points, but that was as close as they got to tying up the game. Sam Nunez had nine points in the first half for the Cougars.

The third quarter went much the same way that the second quarter went, the Cougars scored 12 points but were not able to get within five points of Black Hills State.
