DENVER, CO – Looking to break into the win column for the first time this season, the Cougars couldn't grab that elusive victory after a pair of matches at MSU Denver.

Playing in an RMAC pod with CSU Pueblo and MSU Denver, the Cougars fell short in four games to start the day against the Thunderwolves before falling in straight sets against the Roadrunners.

Breanna Allen had a team high 16 kills to pace the Cougars offense. It was the junior's transfer best offensive showing in a Cougar uniform. Jasa Scheierman also had a double figure kill output as she registered 10 kills and a .304 hitting percentage.

Maddie Burns dished out a season best 44 assists while Christa Tucker had 15 digs from her back row position.
