HOW IT HAPPENED- The Cougars got off to a bit of a slow start, falling behind by seven early. However, Sydney Daniels and Grace Field quickly cut into the deficit with a pair of layups. Agnes Paul got her team's scoring started in the second half with a layup, and Guest followed with another three. Field continued a stellar game with another layup, and a Gonzalez layup took the game to the final frame with the Cowgirls leading 58-40.

Hanson continued her hot shooting from beyond the arc to kick off the final quarter, and Jordyn Brown converted a layup in transition for her team.
