LAKEWOOD, CO- The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announced their Academic All-Conference First Team on Thursday, and after another tremendous season,
Matthew Storer has garnered the honor.
Storer has proven time and time again that he is one of the best distance runners in division II, and this season was no different. The Colorado native achieved a 3.71 gpa in business all while competing against the best competition in the nation. Matt made a return trip to nationals in both the 5k and 10k, taking 5th and 14th respectively to claim two more All-American honors. Storer's total now sits at nine All-American awards, the most by any athlete in CCU history. Matt did all this while balancing his schoolwork, shining as a true student-athlete.
Congratulations to
Matthew Storer on being named All-Academic First Team!
