LAKEWOOD, CO- The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced their Academic All-Conference teams on Thursday, and
Peyton Jones and
Ben Fowler earned the honor for their work in their studies and on the course.
Jones nabs the honor after earning a stellar 3.70 Grade Point Average in Business. On the course, Peyton posted a strong 71.8 scoring average in 29 rounds of golf as he had three top 10 performances throughout the year as he played a big part of the #1 team in the nation going undefeated in all DII tournaments this season.
Fowler earned his second straight academic all-conference nod as he achieved an impressive 3.84 GPA in Engineering. Playing in 15 rounds, Ben had a scoring average of 74.5 as he had his best performance at the Dennis Rose Intercollegiate. In Hawaii, the senior went five strokes under par to claim sixth place overall.
