LAKEWOOD, CO- Colorado Christian Athletics is pleased to announce Faith Kilgore as the new Head Coach of Women's Golf. Kilgore played at CCU from 2018-2022, starring as an All-American and writing her name throughout the record books. 

"I am incredibly honored and excited to return to Colorado Christian University as the Head Women's Golf Coach. CCU holds such a special place in my heart, as I had an amazing experience as a student-athlete and was fortunate to watch this program grow and develop throughout my four years. Seeing what this team became in such a short amount of time was truly incredible and I am excited for the opportunity to continue building on that foundation," said Kilgore. 

A native of Wembley, Texas, Faith played at CCU for four years and became one of the most decorated players in program history. A two-time All- American in 2021 and 2022, a two-time All-Region player in 2021-22 and a two-time RMAC Player of the Year and RMAC Freshman of the Year, Kilgore was outstanding in her time at Colorado Christian before transferring to the University of Texas for her final season of collegiate golf. 

Faith has since spent time playing on the ANNIKA Women's All Pro Tour, continuing to pursue the game of golf after an excellent college career. To this day she holds the all-time low score of 65 in an 18 hole round, which she set at the Swan Memorial in 2020. She also holds the best 36 hole score in program history, won five tournaments as a Cougar and placed eighth at the NCAA National Championships in her final season at CCU. 

"Over the last three years, I have been fortunate to compete professionally and gain valuable experience both on and off the golf course. I believe those experiences have prepared me to help develop these young women not only into better golfers but into confident, resilient women who are prepared for whatever comes next. My goal is to create a culture and atmosphere where our student-athletes feel supported, challenged and inspired to become the very best versions of themselves." Kilgore said.

"I know firsthand how special the CCU experience can be and I am incredibly excited to give back to a program and university that gave so much to me! I truly believe we have the opportunity to build something great together and I cannot wait to get started," said Kilgore.
