Tournament Dates & Tentative Schedule
The tournament will be played in a single elimination format, with semi-finals on Thursday and finals on Friday. Higher-seeded teams will be the home team and will wear white in their contest. There will be 15 minute half-times at all games. Ten minutes, or the time left on the clock until the next game - whichever is longer - will be placed on the clock between games.

***Coaches' Meeting
A coaches' meeting to discuss tournament details and will be held
Tuesday night, 6:00 pm at the Hampton Inn Denver Southwest. Snacks and refreshments will be available.
Game Ball
Baden basketballs will be used at all games.
Hotel & Restaurant Information
As of Feb. 28, teams have been assigned to the host hotels. It is the responsibility of the participating team to contact the hotel directly to make arrangements.
Teams that do not wish to stay in a host hotel must pay Colorado Christian $150 to help cover tournament and banquet costs.
There are laundry facilities available at both hotels.

What to do and where to eat in the CCU area
Community Service Project
Teams will be participating in a Make-A-Wish
Star Wars effort as part of the Community Service Project. Players will have the opportunity to purchase stars ($1) from the Make-A-Wish Foundation. A representative from Make-A-Wish will be part of Thursday's banquet.
Game & Contact Information
Statistics and Live Stats will be available for all games. Video streaming will be available for all contests featuring a Colorado Christian team.
Game Information
Coaches will have four full time-outs and two 30 second time outs. Each team will have one media time-out per half (at the first dead-ball after the ten-minute mark) at every game.
Hospitality Room
A hospitality room will be available for all coaches, administrators, and officials at CCU.
Game Film
Coaches will be responsible for filming their own contests. CCU will not have the staff available to operate cameras during games.
Tickets
All-tournament passes will be sold at $15.00 for adults and $10.00 for children 10-18. The tournament pass is good for all matches , including the championship match. Individual game tickets will also be available ($8/$5). Children 5 and under and seniors 65 and older will receive free admission. No tournament pass list will be offered.

Though the CCU Athletic Training staff will be covering additional Colorado Christian varsity sport practices and games during this time, there will be a certified athletic trainer on site for all tournament practices and games.
