INSPIRATIONAL PERSON OR QUOTE & WHY |  Sir Ernest Rutherford - Pioneered nuclear physics as the first person to split the atom, paved the way in an entire scientific field, and did so all the way from a small town (the same as me) in a little country on the corner of the world.

FAVORITE MOMENT & WHY |  "Placing 4th at the U17 FIBA World Cup. It was just super surreal and was the first time in history an age group NZ team made the top 4 at a World Cup. There is nothing like representing your country, and being able to compete against and meet so many people from so many different cultures and backgrounds, all united through basketball was special."
FAMILY TIES |   My Mum works for multiple companies as a board member, most notably the Halberg Foundation (a foundation designed to provide support and increase opportunities in sport for children and adults with disabilities), and the NZ Olympic Committee. My Dad works for a telecommunications company, working with different first line defenders and the military in need of tech support. My brother studies electrical engineering and plays basketball. He is a multiple time National Champion for University basketball in New Zealand."
