Why is playing your sport at CCU important to you? How is it different from your other competitive experiences?
It is important to me because I have the opportunity to glorify God by playing basketball at a high level. It is different from other experiences I have had in the past because the atmosphere of a Christian lifestyle is presented every day.
In what ways have you changed as a result of your time as a CCU Athlete?
Before I came to CCU, I would play basketball just for myself and because I liked it and it was fun for me. CCU has taught me to play basketball for God and not for my own self interests. I want to live my life for God and that includes playing for Him. After all He is the reason that I am healthy, strong, and able to perform at high levels.
