INSPIRATIONAL PERSON OR QUOTE & WHY | John 13:7 is Hech's favorite verse because it's comforting when things aren’t going well. Hecht has been heavily inspired by his dad throughout his whole life. His dad always provided for him and his siblings when he was growing up and helped them all through some very difficult times. Hecht sees his dad as the biggest role model in his life and is grateful that he has always been there for him.
FAVORITE CCU MOMENT | So far from Hecht’s time at Colorado Christian University, his favorite moment was when the basketball team beat Regis, even though they were ranked thirteenth in the country. He remembers everyone celebrating and having a great time in their victory.
OUTSIDE OF SPORTS | When Hecht is off the court, he likes to build and tinker with different things. He really enjoys taking on new projects and creating things he finds interesting.
FAMILY TIES | When it comes to athletics, Hecht’s family Is overflowing with collegiate athletes. His father was a practice squad player for Kansas state, and his stepmom played collegiate softball. Hecht also has many different aunts and uncles that played varying college sports.
POST COLLEGE DREAMS | After Hecht completes his time at Colorado Christian, he plans on getting a job as an industrial engineer someday. He then would also love to start a family and have children.
