(Indoor): Running in the mile at the Crimson and Gold Invitational, Aidan ran a time of 4:18.95 placing 2nd.

2019-2020
 
(Indoor): During the 2019-2020 Indoor season, Aidan posted times of 4:35.12 and 4:48.64 in the mile as well as a PR in the 800 with a time of 2:05.37.

Cross Country

2020: Aidan Day ran two races over the 2020 Cross season… He ran 28:02.3 at the 2020 Colorado Springs XC Open for the 8k and competed at the 2020 RMAC Cross Country Championships running 27:09.7 (PR) in the 8k.
