Why is playing your sport at CCU important to you? How is it different from your other competitive experiences?
Playing soccer at CCU is important because I have the opportunity to play the sport I love, with my teammates who all want to play for the purpose of glorifying God. We also get to grow closer and have the ability to impact our opponents by living as examples.
What kind of legacy are you hoping to leave at CCU after your career is over?
I want our team to leave a legacy of players living as salt on the earth, showing what a big impact we can make as Christ followers and leaders to our peers!
In what ways have you changed as a result of your time as a CCU Athlete?
Over the last four years I have grown more to see what my strengths and weaknesses are as an athlete and woman of God. I have had the ability to build on both sides, but also to use my talents to their potential. I have met some amazing people and have had the chance to learn from everyone around me: roommates, coaches, teammates, friends, etc.
Who has been most influential in your spiritual, academic, or athletic development as a CCU student-athlete?
As a student athlete my best friends and coaches have all been the most influential in my spiritual, academic, and athletic development here at CCU.
