Why did you choose CCU over other schools you might have played at? Why is playing at CCU important to you?
I chose CCU over other schools because it is different. It is important to me to be different because if we were all the same life would be pretty boring. CCU has an atmosphere like no other school because we play with selfless ambition and pursue excellence to glorify Him.
 
How would you like to be remembered when your college athletic career is over?
I don't believe in careers being over :)
 
What are you hoping to accomplish this year as an individual? As a team?
Poise. Determination. Courage. It is my senior year- I have worked my whole life to get to this moment. Now we gotta shine!! In order to be successful we have to work hard in practice to be mentally and physically prepared for every obstacle we face on the battle field.
 
Other activities/clubs/ministries you have been involved in since coming to CCU (please include mission trips)...
I have coached locally and on mission trips and to me life is the most rewarding when you bring light into someone else's life and fortunately I have been able to do that with volleyball.
 
What has been your most memorable moment so far as an athlete at CCU?
Traveling as a team- where ever we go- RMAC conference games, California, Corn Palace, Brown Farm, Disney World, back of the people mover, Costa Rica, various beaches... we always have fun.
 
In what ways have you changed as a result of your time as a CCU Athlete?
Less yellow cards.
 
Who has been most influential in your spiritual, academic, or athletic development as a CCU student-athlete?
My family. My Mom is my my best friend and has always been the first one in the stands on game days, my Dad has been there since day 1 and always knows exactly what to say, and my incredible sister (she is also the team sister) is my inspiration because she teaches me to dream big and follow my heart. I love you guys!
