Calah Carbajal has been a mainstay with the Cougars program since the 2015 season. She began working as a graduate assistant with the program before being elevated to assistant coach.
Carbajal was a standout player for Grace College in Wionna Lake, IN. While playing outside hitter for the Lancers, she earned NCCAA All-American honors and played a big role in helping the squad reach the NCCAA Final Four twice. She was a team captain during her junior and senior seasons.
In addition to her coaching role with Colorado Christian, she works with Juggernaut Volleyball Club in Denver.
She earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Counseling before receiving her master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado Christian.
