High School athletic experience, accomplishments, awards, club/leagues, etc.
I played for Club Wayzata my 12's year… Crossfire my 13's, 14's, and 15's year and Northern Lights my 16's, 17's, and 18's year… In 2012 my team placed second at AAU Nationals…Varsity Outstanding Teammate Award in 2010 and 2011… senior year-First Team All Conference… All Area Honorable Mention… MVP for the Southwest Minnesota Challenge Tournament… finished 6th in the state in set assists.

Service to the community…
I volunteer regularly at a nursing home for patients with Alzheimer's Disease. I have been a Child Care Assistant at a Christian camp. I also have participated in "Operation Outreach" at my church, a volunteer program to evangelize around Minneapolis. Another thing I like to do is volunteer at volleyball camps and teach little girls how to play.

The best coach you’ve ever had…
Scott Jackson is the best coach I’ve ever had because he always expected the best and never gave up on me.

Favorite moment in sport…
My favorite moment was beating our biggest rival in the state. At the end of the game our team did a dog pile and we all felt untouchable. It was a feeling that is hard to describe.

Best thing about your sport…
The best thing about volleyball is the team aspect. You can't do anything unless your team is working with you. Without teamwork there is nothing.

How would you like to be remembered when your college athletic career is over?
I want to be remembered as the girl who had an immeasurable passion and love for the game; someone who always gave her best effort.

Who has been most influential in your spiritual, academic, or athletic development as a student-athlete?
My twin sister, Sarah, has been the most influential person in my life when it comes to my development as a student athlete. She keeps me accountable when it comes to my spirituality and is an incredible role model. She always pushes me to do my best whether it be academically or athletically. I wouldn't be anywhere near where I am today if it wasn't for her. She has been by my side since day one and I know that she will never leave me.
