The Cougars played the University of Northern Colorado in a mid-week game in Greely, CO. CCU was defeated by the Bears three point sharp shooting 94-73.

UNC was not shy from downtown hitting 14-32 threes at 44%. This impressive stat and then their rebounding skills put the Bears ahead most of the game and eventually led to the win. Northern Colorado outrebounded the Cougs leading to 23 second chance points.

Ty Neff leading the pack hitting 3-5 3FG and scoring 11 points total. CCU senior #10
Dimitri Saliba led blue and gold in points scoring 14, going 5-10 FG. Christian was able to utilize their bench this game scoring 39 bench points, which just shows how deep this year's roster is.

"I didn't think we were very good tonight at all. We were not consistent enough mentally or physically to put ourselves in a position to compete led alone win."

The Cougs will travel to Idaho this weekend to compete against the College of Idaho on Friday night and then Northwest Nazarene University Saturday night.
