Colorado Christian women's soccer earned their first RMAC win on the season today as they blanked the Colorado Mesa University Mavericks 1-0 in Grand Junction.
Â
The Cougars began the game on the defensive as Mesa launched four shots within the first 11 minutes. Freshman
Ireland VanDyke started in goal for the Cougars and claimed the first complete game clean sheet for CCU this season. VanDyke matched her season high with eight saves tonight, which she also managed against CSU-Pueblo in late September.
Â
CCU scored on their first shot of the game in the 13

th when they travel from Grand Junction, CO, to Salt Lake City, UT, to take on the Griffins of Westminster College at 11:00 a.m.
