BILLINGS, Mont. – Looking to right the ship after a tough season opener, the Colorado Christian men's soccer team couldn't find the right formula in their second contest.
The Cougars dropped a 6-0 decision to Montana State Billings on Friday afternoon.
GOAL-BY-GOAL: The Yellow Jackets started the scoring early with a Ricardo Palomino goal in the fourth minute. He put together his second goal of the game in the 20th minute as the home team took a two-goal edge.
Montana State Billings score twice more in the opening frame as Luca Battistotti and Ignacio Crespo found the back of the cage in the 31st and 38th minutes respectively.
Rounding out the scoring for the Yellow Jackets came in the 55th minute on an Andres Perez net-finder than a Austin Shafter goal in the 64th minute.
