DENVER- Colorado Christian started the weekend off in a match against Regis University.  
The away match was a closely contested affair, with Regis scoring early and keeping the one goal lead throughout to secure the one goal win. 
HOW IT HAPPENED: Regis scored in the first minute of the game, with a quick strike. The Rangers controlled the first half with seven shots. 
The second half the Cougars fired two shots off, while Regis got 12 shots off. Ireland VanDyke had five saves after entering in the second half. 
The early goal proved to be enough as the Cougars were stymied by the Rangers defense throughout and fell the Regis, 1-0. 
COUGAR LEADERS: Saige Stock recorded one shot on goal, Linnea Mosvold had one shot as well. VanDyke had five saves while Ashleigh Maguire had two. 
STATS FROM THE GAME: 
	-          VanDyke and Maguire split time in goal once again, with Maguire getting the start.
