DURANGO, CO – Needing to make a significant statement in their final road swing of the regular season, the Colorado Christian women's volleyball started out on the right side of the scoreboard.
In the first of two road contests this weekend, the Cougars posted a 3-1 (25-23, 20-25, 25-19, 25-20) victory against Fort Lewis on Friday evening.
The win lifts their record to 10-13 overall but, most importantly, moves their RMAC record to 7-8. They are in a tie with Western Colorado for the sixth spot in the league standings. The top eight teams make the conference's postseason event. (RMAC Standings)
