LAKEWOOD, CO - Instead of heading east across the plains of the central United States, the Colorado Christian track and field squad will head west through the Rocky Mountains for the second consecutive weekend.

Due to a foreboding forecast in Wichita, KS the Cougars have opted out of the KT Woodman Invitational and instead will travel to Grand Junction to compete in the Maverick Sun Classic on Sunday, April 18.  

Currently the single day meet is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on Sunday.
