LAKEWOOD, CO- The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced their all-conference list for Volleyball on Thursday, and after a tremendous senior season, Renee Phillips was named to the First Team. Krista Traynor and Connelly Kilgore earned Honorable Mention nods after their stellar seasons.

Renee closed her final season at CCU out in style, dominating all year long and setting records along the way. The middle blocker beat her own attack percentage career best of .344 from last season with a .348 as she now holds the second and third spots in the record book for single season attack percentage. The .348 this season was good for third in the entire conference as she hit for a high percentage night in and night out. With 259 kills this season, 10th in the RMAC, Phillips asserted her dominance at the net and was as reliable as you could ask for. On the blocking side of things, Renee was equally as stellar with 68 block assists and 21 solo blocks, marks that put her at fifth in the conference. With 336 points scored, Renee holds the seventh best total in the RMAC, and she was honored with the first First Team honor of her career for her incredible play all year.

Traynor earned Honorable Mention after an excellent junior season for the native of Seattle, Washington. The setter was third in the conference with an eye popping 8.96 assists per set with a total of 600 on the year, good for third in the conference. In 19 matches played, Krista was all over the court, putting down 71 kills and scoring 100.5 points. Defensively, Traynor had 20 blocks and 164 digs as she played a huge role on the team this season.

Kilgore earns her first All-RMAC honor after a strong 2025 campaign. The junior from Overland Park, Kansas was a force from the outside, racking up 281 kills to put herself tops on the team and eighth in the conference. With an attack percentage of .224, Connelly scored 316.5 points as she asserted her dominance with thunderous kills from the outside. With 28 blocks and 169 digs, Kilgore was a versatile and hugely important piece for the Cougars this season.
