LAKEWOOD, CO- The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced their weekly honors for volleyball on Monday, and after leading her team to a 2-0 start to conference play, Krista Traynor had earned setter of the week.
The Junior from Seattle had an impressive two games of play as the Cougars won a pair of five set thrillers to start perfect in the RMAC. Traynor started with an incredible 51 assists, five blocks and three kills to lead her team to victory. Krista followed that performance up with an even better one the next day against Regis. Running a 6-2 most of the night, Traynor logged a rare triple-double, racking up 25 assists, 20 digs and 13 kills as the Cougars claimed the matchup with their crosstown rival.
